KM Coaching and Consultancy has the benefit of Kerry McLeod’s experience as an Executive, who has worked in local government and social housing for over 20 years. Over this time she has supported managers be effective people managers and has been heavily involved in reviewing and implementing Managing People and Teams, Change Management, Business Strategy, Planning and Development, Governance and Corporate Services.

Her experience encompasses one to one personal/lifestyle coaching, business coaching, executive coaching, whilst sharing knowledge of leadership roles, coaching conversations, coaching cultures, interpersonal skills, managing conflict, strategic thinking, managing and enabling change, Kerry is also regarded as someone who is flexible, adaptable, professional and approachable, who was latterly Depute CEO for a Scottish Housing Association.

Although she has a healthy business acumen, Kerry also relates to individuals with her person centred approach, encouraging, motivating and supporting individuals to discover their own pathways and potential, bringing all of herself to her work with clients.  This builds working/coaching relationships that are authentic and are based on trust and honestly which in turn assist clients bring about transformational change in their personal and/or business lives.

Through a pragmatic but intuitive approach, Kerry provides a space, which allows people and teams to understand and appreciate their own and others’ behaviours and beliefs, to resolve problems within a safe environment, where honesty, leadership, support and understanding offers that perfect place to have conversations that unlock blockages and assist individuals reach towards their greatest potential.

Kerry utilises her previous experience of executive management to provide leadership within every setting, as well as bringing her experience of team dynamics, systems, counselling approach, mindfulness and positive thinking to bring about lasting change in others.
